I'm Having a tab how to slide up and slide down the tab by clicking it with a button?

What is "clicking a tab with a button?" You either click a tab or a button... :-)
It also depends on how you implement a tab (what HTML element?) and where do you want to move it, what is the two positions before and after animated move.

Anyway, it's pretty easy with jQuery; basically, you can animate nearly any property...
