Haha, yes!
I wonder if CodeProject should have an article category "absolute beginner"!
Anyhow, I have the article all outlines i my mind already!
Should be able to do it tonight in one go!

If you go to the home page there is a block called 'Learning Zone' - it intended to beginners (not sure about the absolute part)...
However you maybe the first to open that category for CP - I'm sure Chris will welcome it...

Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

I like that model concept!
One should always look at existing model before doing any work!

Yeah, I think what I have in mind should be ok ..

Experienced in not having time?
The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

"No, from Canada."

Do you know the recipe for time traveling to reuse the passed minutes?

It's VM means ViewModel not MV means ModelView.

I tend to use VS2008, however I ran into a problem the exes don't run on Win2000 so I am using VS2005. Why do I have to support stuff that is found in the back of a storage in deepest darkest China! (also Mexico)

908 - I could ask a programming question
My point, other than to rant, why change a functional development model when all your doing is confusing the existing customer base? For what elephanting purpose are you doing this?
end_rant <-- forgot that.
Eventually I figures this out, but if there is NO functional difference to your changes, WTF are you doing changing it?

charlieg wrote: why change a functional development model when all your doing is confusing the existing customer base And I thought you were an experienced developer in the MS space. there are a few more you are going to have to learn!
Why change the functionality for no reason other than the break compatibility with a prior version?
Why inflict the bloody ribbon on the world?
Why deprecate a perfectly viable technology?

Not a stupid question
Simple answer: embedded development environment.

You're gonna love VS2015! (at least when you start using it in 2023)
I came into this game for the action, the excitement. Go anywhere, travel light, get in, get out, wherever there's trouble, a man alone. Now they got the whole country sectioned off, you can't make a move without a form.
