I would recommend Betfair. ATM the odds there are 5.6. If you still think that is outrageously low you can always bet against England at 5.7.

I tend to use Matchbook and Smarkets, there aren't quite as many markets but the commission rates are an awful lot lower.

Nice didnt know those. I just assumed Betfair ruled the market.

I think that they owned the marketplace for so long that they decided they could ignore the competition!
Betdaq is another option - haven't used them for a while so can't comment but again cheaper than Betfair.

Yes... I looked at Betdaq ages ago, but they had so low volumes that "trading" was unfeasable. I like to hedge my bets, as soon as a hedge is available.

Not me. One of them[^]!
Shame on you!

it baffles me why a collection of pictures needs to be turned into a video.
no way to thumbnail/preview, no way to control viewing pace (sure can click the slider, but did I miss one?), and top that off with annoying music. (let's not forget youtube clips image quality too.)
way too many people out there with way too much time on their hands => way^2 crap on the inernunkle.
This internet thing is amazing! Letting people use it: worst idea ever!

I expect to see a video with compilation errors on programming forums.
Stage 1. Moron calls compilation errors "Intellisense errors".
Stage 2. Moron sends them as an image.
Stage 3 (coming soon). Moron makes a video using smartphone and sends it to programming forum. Annoying music is a bonus.

Annoying music? I did not hear (nor miss) a thing by leaving the audio off. Sorry. Just wait what royalty free music I already selected for the video of my Huey's maiden flight.

Because 99% (*) of picture galleries sucks on the internets.

No problem. I'm on vacation this week, and one our field service guys in England sent me an e-mail yesterday. I replied to him that "I'll look into [the problem] on Thursday the 5th. We traitorous scum are celebrating our rebellion today."

Last time someone introduced himself as uncle Bob, he looked like this.[^]. Fireworks is probably his middle name.

A suspicion has just crossed my mind that the literal element in this might be a uniquely British crossword convention. So here's another, somewhat easier, clue with the same answer:
