If I understand your question correctly.

Constructors will (try to) construct derived objects before itself

ie. the base object needs to be constructed to be able to construct the derived classes.

class Base {};
class Child : public Base{}

Base will be constructed before Child.
CI/CD = Continuous Impediment/Continuous Despair
