Crystal report+ Thermal Printer in vb.Net

Hi I'm developing .net 2008 application with sql server. i'm using crystal report in my application. i have a 5 rows of detail. its show me correct output in dotmatrix printer. but now i want to know and use thermal printer because i need below format
